For the deposit and first month rent, you can make payments to:

- No security questions nor answers required.

- Please include your unit address in the description so accounting can easily identify the funds. Or you can set up one time payment via Buildium.

Set up autopay effective the first of every month for your future rent payment.

If you do not have a Canadian Bank Account, you can find the bank information needed for Wire Transfer attached. Please note this type of transaction can often come with fees. You need to ensure the amount is received by our Accounting Department in full.

We are not able to hand over keys without receiving the funds. Please note that it takes a few business days to clear the funds.

You can start organizing your Tenant's Package Insurance. We will need a copy from you before we can hand over keys. We suggest you get a quote from:

They have good rates and specialize in condo contents and liability packages. (You may need the following info: concrete lowrise, 7 stories, central A/C, the building is 3 years old, full fob security system and full fire suppression systems.)

Prompton requires personal and premises liability coverage minimum $1,000,000.
